G.A.M.E.S. program evaluation
In the fall of 2014 I conducted a semester long evaluation of the impacts of a museum program called G.A.M.E.S. (Girls At the Museum Exploring Science). The program is designed to have 4th and 5th grade girls interact with female scientists in the museum to encourage participation in the STEM fields at a young age. In order to evaluate the program I designed multiple bilingual surveys and conducted participant observation of the students while assisting with the program throughout the semester. Finally, I produced a comprehensive report for the museum analyzing my data and using data visualization techniques.
