 Association of Registrars and Collections Specialists (ARCS) : The mission of ARCS is to represent and promote registrars and collection specialists, to educate the profession in best practices of registration and collections care, and to facilitate communication and networking.

 PACCIN : Preparation, Art handling, and Collections Care Information Network is dedicated to building a network of individuals interested in sharing the practical information and essential resources that help hands-on collections care professionals to better protect and preserve the cultural property in their care.

 Canadian Conservation Institute : Advances and promotes the conservation of  heritage collections through expertise in conservation science, treatment and preventive conservation.

Canadian Heritage Information Network: Offers valuable collections management resources to the museum community and online public access to millions of collections records.

 Image Permanence Institute : A research center dedicated to supporting the preservation of cultural heritage collections.

 MuseumPests.net : Comprehensive source of information for those implementing integrated pest management policies.

 National Association for Museum Exhibition : NAME is one of the professional networks of AAM and offers professional development opportunities, also publishes the professional journal, Exhibition.

These resources are in no particular order, and I will continue to update this page periodically as I learn more.

 The Incluseum : The Incluseum advances new ways of being a museum through dialogue, community building and collaborative practice related to inclusion in museums.

 Museums and Social Justice Resource List : Constantly growing Google Doc, initiated and edited by Tanya S. Autry (@artstuffmatters).

 Art Handlxrs* : The Art Handlxrs* is a group dedicated to the support and growth of POC, queer, non-binary, trans, and womxn* identifying individuals in the professional arts industry as preparators, art handlers, technicians, fabricators, and other industry support roles.

 ARTFORUM  and  artnet news :  Online resources for keeping informed about the international art world.

 Museum Workers Speak : An action-oriented platform for social change at the intersection of labor, access, and inclusion. Organized by a collective of activist museum workers interrogating the relationship between museums’ stated commitments to social value and their internal labor practices.

 Museum 2.0 : Blog about the museum world today, now authored by Seema Rao, formerly edited by Nina Simon.

 Art Museum Teaching : Digital community and collaborative online forum for reflecting on critical issues in the field of museums, edited by Mike Murawski.

 Artstuffmatters : Project/blog by La Tanya S. Autry that focuses on public art, photography, landscapes, museums, and more.

 #MuseumsAreNotNeutral : Hashtag started in 2017 by La Tanya S. Autry and Mike Murawski to reject the notion that museums should be neutral or that museums can’t be “political.”

 MASS Action : Museum As Site for Social Action is a collaborative project that seeks to align museums with more equitable and inclusive practices (check out their resources page).

 International Mountmakers Forum (IMF) : International group of allied professionals dedicated to the advancement and the creative work of making safe and well-made exhibition and storage mounts.
